Case Study - Another Happy Landlord!

We’re always striving to provide a leading, personal service to both our landlords and tenants, adapting the way we work to their individual preferences. It’s great to receive positive feedback on our service, so we were delighted to hear such a glowing report from one of our Happy Landlords!

Despite performing his own maintenance and repairs, this Happy Landlord described Garness Jones as “very quick to respond” when informing him of what needed to be done, and to “put him in touch with” the right people if he needed assistance.

He was keen to praise our new Residential Manager, Paula, for having already impressed, describing her work as “very good”, adding that he was extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided to his tenants.

In terms of the expertise offered by Garness Jones in assisting the development of his portfolio, he was “very much” impressed with what was on offer, adding that Hans Nieuwkerk was “outstanding” in particular.

Finally, when asked if there was one thing which stood out about the Garness Jones service, he pointed to the “all-round management of the team and the way the different departments work together”, with Garness Jones being one team all focused on the same goal: providing an excellent service to both landlord and tenant.
