Luxury apartments at ‘The Academy’ which are amongst the ‘very best in Hull’ and ideal for professionals on market to rent

Gro Residential Management are delighted to have been appointed to market and let one of Hull’s most luxurious apartment complexes.

The Academy, in George Street, boasts a mix of furnished and unfurnished one and two-bedroomed apartments, finished to the highest of standards with ‘fantastic attention to detail’.

Helen Everritt, manager of Gro Residential Management, says the 10 apartments available for let and range in rent from £875 to £1,100 a month.

“We are thrilled to have been appointed as the letting agents at The Academy as this is truly one of the highest standard residential developments in Hull,” she said.

“Although there is a mix of furnished and unfurnished apartments, they all have high specification kitchens with in-built appliances and top quality bathrooms, offering spacious and luxurious open-plan living.

“Each and every apartment has its own character and appeal due to the age and style of the building itself, and there is also a rooftop garden for residents to enjoy. It is a development which has been completed to the finest detail.”

Apartments expected to be ‘hot property’ on rental market

Miss Everritt says the George Street location is ideal for professionals working in Hull given the continuing investment into the city centre.

“This really is a perfect position for professionals who are seeking a city centre base and we expect the apartments, which are amongst the very best on the market in Hull, to be hot property now they have been made available for rent,” she said.

“Obviously they are right in the heart of the city and close to attractions such as the theatre, restaurants and shops, but also they are close to the rail and bus exchange, and in a location which is benefitting from millions of pounds worth of Government levelling up investment.”

Priced at between £875 and £1,100 a month to rent, the apartments will be amongst the most expensive in the city, but this is something Miss Everritt feels is a positive reflection on Hull’s continuing redevelopment.

“Other residential developments in the city centre, which have been of a similarly high standard, and have actually had slightly higher rental costs, have proved hugely popular so we envisage the same here. Demand will be high.

“When apartments come onto the market of the highest quality, professional people are willing to pay for the extra comfort, convenience and locality. It’s a positive sign of the direction the city centre is heading.”
